Four labs now sell an AI that works without waiting for you to ask.
This week the question moved from what these agents can do to who lets them in. Anthropic shipped its own. Walmart opened its site to them. Amazon blocked them.
Hereās what to know.

One inbox shouldnāt hold up your team
From AI and design to copywriting, SEO, and marketing, small teams use a lot of tools. And those subscriptions add up.
When teammates share the same premium subscription login, sign-in verification goes to one personās inbox, leaving everyone else waiting for it to be forwarded.
Thatās where HeyPass comes in.
HeyPass lets teammates request and receive email sign-in code/authentication in their own inbox, without the constant back-and-forth or sharing access to the original mailbox.
š Try HeyPass FREE for 3 months. Use promo code 100NEW3 at checkout.

Claude Duet wants to take care of your workday
Anthropic introduced Claude Duet on Wednesday. It is a new AI assistant that checks your connected apps and comes to you when something needs attention.
Every morning, it prepares a brief of your important emails, meetings, and tasks. Through the day, it sends an alert only when needed.
Hereās what it can handle:
Emails and meetings: Find missed Gmail and Slack messages, draft replies, and arrange meetings.
Business finances: Check Stripe or QuickBooks for unpaid invoices and prepare reminders.
Content and marketing: Prepare Canva campaigns, draft job postings, and follow up with sales leads.
Bigger projects: Build dashboards, forecasts, prototypes, and web apps.
It connects with more than 6,000 apps and keeps working after you leave. Duet runs on its own cloud computer, so your phone and laptop can be off.
The other big labs got there first. Grok Bot opened its beta in August. Meta launched Muse in September, and OpenAI followed with dots on September 29. See them side by side ā
You keep the final say. Duet needs your approval before it sends messages, makes payments, signs documents, or deletes anything. Trading stocks and moving money between accounts stay blocked.
It is still early. Duet checks your apps every few hours, so it can miss urgent updates, and Anthropic says it may misjudge what matters most. Background checks also count toward your Claude usage limits.
For now, it is a research preview for US Pro and Max subscribers. The next test is how reliably it handles real work over weeks and months.
